Dice the fruits, combine with water and cinnamon, cook until tender.
Whisk the egg whites until thick.
Beat the yolks until foamy with sugar.
Add vanilla flavoring and mascarpone.
Carefully add whipped egg whites.
Dip ladyfingers in half and dip in apple sauce.
Start layering. First, put the ladyfingers at the bottom.
Followed by a fruit layer.
Spread cream on top.
Continue layering until our bowl is full.
