Cook the potatoes and crush them with a fork.
Add the egg, parsley and grated cheese.
Mix it thorough and let it sit for a while.
Put some bacon on a baking tray with bakery paper and lay one piece on top.
Fold every second piece across the top one, put another piece on top and fold it back.
Repeat this step until you get a perfect bacon wrapping.
Once it’s done fold the sides.
Put the potato mixture in a rectangle shape in the middle.
Use a spoon to make it even.
Put the smoked cheese on top.
Use a smaller spoon to make place for the mushrooms.
Put the roasted mushrooms in the middle.
And another layer of smoked cheese.
Then a final layer of the potato mixture.
Make sure it’s covered tightly, so it won’t spill.
Use your hands to make a rectangle shape.
Use the bakery paper to fold the bacon on top at both sides.
Fold the ends to make it completely wrapped.
Pour breadcrumbs on top and spread it thorough.
Put another bakery paper on top and turn it over, so the breadcrumb side are on the bottom.
Bake it at 390 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Let it cool.
