Carrot salad recipe: Preparing the Carrot salad is simple! First, wash and peel the carrots, then slice them. You can “cut” the carrots with a peeler as well, this way you’ll get carrot slices like spaghetti pasta.
Put the slices in a bigger bowl and add wine vinegar, oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Toss in salt, pepper and two teaspoons of sugar. Gently stir the ingredients and put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
