Cheese cream horns recipe: Preparing the Cheese cream horns is simple! First, flatten the puff pastry and cut about 1 inch long strips from it.
Grease the molds.
Roll the puff pastry strips on it. (2 or so strips per mold.)
Put the horns in a greased pan. Brush them with egg yolk.
Bake at 360 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Melt the butter for the cream.
Add milk, and cook until it gets thick.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
Toss in grated cheese.
Then add cream cheese.
Put the cream in a pastry bag.
Carefully remove the horns from the molds and fill with cream.
Dip the horns in grated cheese.
