Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, place butter biscuits in a 15×10 inch pan.
For the cherry layer, combine 4 cups of the preserved juice with sugar, thicken with semolina.
Add pureed cherries.
Spread on cookies and leave to stiffen.
Combine milk with vanilla sugar and custard powder, bring to a boil.
When the custard is ready, cream with butter/margarine.
Spread on the cherry layer.
Combine yogurt with gelatin stabilizer for the cream layer.
Add to the whipped cream.
Spread on the custard layer and leave to stiffen.
