Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, clean and cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces.
Combine flour, eggs and beer, stir thorough.
Add meat, stir very thorough, have all parts of the meat covered.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and nutmeg.
Cook in hot oil for a few minutes until golden.
