Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the whites until foamy.
-Beat the yolks with sugar.
Combine flour, cacao powder and two tablespoons of the whipped egg whites.
Carefully mix the rest of the whites.
Pour the dollop in a buttered and floured, 7 inches wide baking pan. Bake for about 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees F.
Boil the heavy cream with sugar, it will be used for the cream..
Turn off the oven and pour in the cacao powder.
Keep stirring until it cools down.
When cooled down, add the butter/margarine.
Cut the sponge two times and start leveling the cake. Grease 1/3 part of the cream on the first layer.
Do the same with the second layer.
Grease the third layer with the cream as well as the side of the cream. Leave it in a cool place.
Pour molten chocolate on the cake and leave the chocolate to stiffen.
