Mix the yogurt, cream, honey and vanilla flavoring.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
Freeze it for at least 2 hours.
Grind the oatmeal and add the oil, honey, vanilla flavoring, egg and baking powder.
Add the grated chocolate.
Use a spoon to make cookie shapes and put the on a baking tray with bakery paper on it. Push them down a little with your fingers to make them flatter.
Tip: If your fingers are wet, the dough won’t stick to it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390 °F) for 10-12 minutes.
Once it’s cool flip over half of it and put frozen yogurt on top. Cover it with the half and leave it in a fridge for at least an hour.
