Cinnamon apple pie muffins recipe: Preparing Cinnamon apple pie muffins is simple! First, combine cane sugar, vanilla sugar, oatmeal, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon and gingerbread spice.
Add softened butter, eggs and gradually the milk, until it’s homogeneous.
Season grated apples with cane sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, then braise it.
Add the breadcrumbs, let it soak the apple’s juice.
Cut the apples into thin slices for the apple roses, season, add lemon juice and some warm water.
When the slices are soft, let them drip, then put them on top of each other as shown in the picture, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, then roll up to form a rose.
Start layering in a cupcake tin filled with muffin liners. Add two tablespoons of the mixture at the bottom, followed by the braised apples and another tablespoon of the mixture.
Place the apple roses in a way that they’re not sinking completely.
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F and bake for half an hour.
