Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder. Stir thorough with butter and egg yolks.
Divide the dough into 2 or 3 pieces, form a roll and cover in plastic wrap. Put in the freezer and leave to stiffen.
Combine curd with sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar for the filling, gently add whipped egg whites.
Line a middle-sized pan with parchment, put and level half the stiffened dough at the bottom of the pan.
Spread the curd filling, add the other half of the dough on top.
Bake on 340 degrees F for 30 minutes, slice up when cooled down.
