Preparing the coconut rolls is simple. First, risen the yeast in warm milk and sugar.
Combine and knead the flour with milk, risen yeast, egg yolks, oil and salt.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour.
Whisk the egg whites over a bowl of warm water, add powdered sugar.
Mix in the yeast and coconut powder.
Flatten the dough, grease half with the cream, hint with chocolate and fold the other side on top.
Cut 1 to 1½ inch wide pieces from the dough.
Roll each strip to form a spiral rolled dough.
Place them in a pan lined with parchment paper and brush the top with egg.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20-25 minutes.
