Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, chop the onions, clean and cut the mushrooms.
Toast onions in a little oil until tender.
Add 3/4 of the mushrooms and toast a little.
Add 6-8 gallons of water.
Add salt, pepper and cook until tender.
Toast the rest of the mushrooms on a bit of oil until brown, put them away for now.
When ready, use a hand blender, add sour cream and bring to a boil.
Combine with toasted mushrooms and serve.
