Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Whip the whites until foamy.
Beat the yolks with sugar.
Combine flour, cacao powder and two tablespoons of the whipped egg whites.
Carefully mix the rest of the egg whites.
Pour the dollop in a buttered and floured, 6 inches wide baking pan. Bake for about 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees F.
Combine the curd, sugar powder, vanilla sugar and vanilla flavoring for the cream.
Add the gelatin fix.
Add the whipped cream.
Cut the sponge into three pieces. Grease the top with 1/3 of the cream.
Place the middle layer on top and grease with cream.
Place the third layer on top and cover the rest of the cake with the cream.
Decorate the cake.
