Preparing the eggplant and chicken pie is simple. First, cut the eggplant and zucchini into pieces, add a pinch of salt and put them away.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces, add salt and pepper to taste, rub the garlic into the meat.
Add salt, garlic and oregano to the eggs and mix them together.
Grease a cake pan (6 inches in diameter), place the ingredients in the following order: chicken breast at the bottom, the zucchini and eggplant on top, followed by ham. Dust with cheese and pour the seasoned egg mixture on top.
Cover it with foil, heat the oven to 300 degrees F, and cook for 60 minutes.
Let it cool down and serve.
