Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the whites until stiff.
Beat the yolks with sugar.
Combine with flour and cocoa powder.
Add whipped egg whites.
Spread the mixture in a buttered and floured pan, bake for 20 minutes on 360 degrees F.
Heat up the cream with sugar.
Take off from heat and add cocoa powder.
Stir until cooled down.
When cooled, add butter/margarine.
Spread half the cream on sponge.
Cover with cherries.
Cover with the rest of the cream and leave to stiffen.
Pour melted chocolate on the cake and place in a cold place until the chocolate stiffens.
Decorate with cherries and cream.
