Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, heat half the butter in a bowl with flour, let it toast for 3-4 minutes. Combine milk and cream in a different bowl, cook at the same time.
Pour the boiled milk in buttered flour, stir thorough immediately.
Continuously stir and let it thicken.
Season with salt and white pepper.
Remove from heat and let it cool down at room temperature.
Cream the other half of the butter with a hand blender. Add horseradish vinegar, stir thorough.
Combine with bechamel sauce and stir thorough.
Let it cool down, until greasy but not runny.
Place ham on a separate plate, fill about 1 inch from one end with a pastry bag. Roll the ham.
Serve as is, or with French salad.
