Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin baking!
Peel and cut the bananas into 2-inch chunks.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut along the longer side halfway through in 1-inch stripes as shown in the picture.
Tip: Dust the rolling board lightly with flour so the dough does not stick.
Spread the hazelnut cream on the other half of the pastry.
Line up the banana chunks on the hazelnut spread at the bottom of the pastry.
Roll up the dough and pressing the two ends together form a circle.
Place the wreath on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and give it an egg wash.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 mins.
