Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, poke holes with a fork in one pastry.
Do the same with the other pastry, and cut one into squares.
Bake both on 400 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
Whip egg whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Dissolve sugar in warm water, combine with custard powder and cook until thick.
Set the stove to low, add cream.
Spread the cream on dough.
Place squares on top.
Let it cool down in a cold place for at least 2 hours.
