Mix the minced meat, the eggs, the bread crumbs and the spices.
Lay the meat evenly on an aluminum foil about the same size as the oven pan we plan to use.
Put the ham slices, then the cheese slices, and finally the fresh spinach leaves on the meat.
Carefully roll it up with the foil.
Put foil into the oven pan you want to use, then put the bacon slices on it according to the length of the meat rolls.
You can now put the meat roll on the bacon, then carefully wrap it in them.
Put it in the oven. First, we bake it for 25 mins at 180 °C under a foil, then bake it for 25 mins at 250-260 °C without the foil.
Tip: When you take off the foil, it’s best to turn the meat rolls so that the edges of the bacon is at the bottom because the bacon can peel off the meat due to the high temperature.
Have a nice meal!
