Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, boil the eggs until thick. Soak the bread rolls in water for 1-2 minutes, then squeeze thorough.
Combine minced meat, braised onions, bread rolls, 2 eggs, garlic cloves, paprika powder, salt and pepper, knead thorough.
Butter a round loaf pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Spread half the meat mixture in a way that you cover the sides. Place boiled eggs in the middle.
Spread the rest of the mixture.
Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, cover with foil and cook for 60 minutes. Take the foil off in the last 20 minutes of cooking.
