Combine and roast chopped onions and crushed garlic in oil.
Add minced meat, cook until tender.
Toss in salt, pepper, cayanne chili, pepper powder and oregano.
Add tomato sauce.
Add 3-5 fl oz of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Add corn and beans, bring to a boil.
When everything’s tender, remove from heat and serve.
