Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, whip the egg whites until foamy.
Beat the yolks with sugar.
Combine yolks with flour, yeast, cacao powder and oil.
Carefully add the whipped egg whites.
Spread the mixture in a buttered and floured cake pan, bake for 30 minutes on 360 degrees F.
When the dough is ready, cut a whole in the middle from approximately 1 inch from the side.
Cut the bananas in half and fill the hole with them.
Brush them with lemon juice.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar.
Form a cone from the cream.
Sprinkle the top with bits of the sponge cake we cut earlier.
Let it stiffen overnight.
