Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, heat oil in a larger pan and braise onions until tender.
Add diced meat and cook for a few minutes.
Spice the food, then add 6 gallons of water.
Cook with lid on until half-tender.
When the meat is half-tender, add potatoes and green beans, cover with lid and cook until tender.
Combine flour with sour cream, stir thorough. Add to soup, boil for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
