Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, steam the chopped onions until soft, season with paprika powder and stir thorough.
Add crushed garlic and keep toasting.
Dice the washed, peeled potatoes to the onions.
Cut the sausage into coins and add to the pot.
Fill the pot with enough water, add salt and pepper, cook until tender, lid on.
Occasionally remove the lid and stir thorough. If not thick enough, crush some potatoes, heat the stove to high.
