Beat the yolks with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
Add flour, baking powder and milk, stir thorough.
Knead by hand and let it rest for 2 hours.
Form balls from the dough and line them in a buttered pan. Press the dough slightly.
Cook on 360 degrees F until pink.
Cut a whole in the middle of the dough.
Combine margarine with powdered sugar for the cream.
Add apricot jam, cocoa and rum.
Finally, add crumb crust.
Fill the dough with cream, put two halves together.
Color with food coloring/syrup.
Bathe in granulated sugar.
Decorate with peppermint leaves.
