First unroll the pastry and cut it up into five equal slices.
Then cut the pieces into small triangles.
Spread the peanut butter on top of the pastry.
Roll up the triangles.
Move them sideways so they fit on the baking tray.
Spread egg yolk on them and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 15 minutes.
Mix the honey and cinnamon, spread it on top of the mini croissants and bake for another 5 minutes.
