Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
5 oz streaky bacon strips
1 finely chopped onion
½ lb diced pork leg
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped peppers
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
2 cups water
1 tbsp flour

Steps

Step 1
Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Heat up bacons in oil and braise onions.
Step 2
Add diced meat and cook until the meat gets white, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Combine tomatoes and peppers, cook until the vegetables start bubbling.
Step 4
Add water.
Step 5
Cook until the meat gets tender and the sauce thickens.
