Preparing the potato donuts is simple. First, boil the potatoes with skin. Then peel them and use a potato ricer.
Risen the yeast in warm milk and sugar.
Combine flour, egg white and salt with the yeast.
Add and knead the riced potatoes.
Let it rise in a warm place for an hour.
Flatten the dough on a slightly floured surface, use a cutter to cut into pieces.
Bake in boiling oil until golden.
