Preparing the Potato dumplings is simple. First, knead the preboiled, crushed potatoes with salt, butter, flour and egg.
Flatten the dough and cut about 1½ inch wide strips.
Form the strips into rolls and cut into equal pieces.
Cook the noodles in boiling water.
Cook the breadcrumbs in oil until golden, bathe the dumplings in it.
