Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, toast the diced bacon until it starts to render, then remove from heat.
Toast the crushed pasta in the fat, when half-toasted add onions. When the onions are toasted too, add paprika powder and stir thorough.
Add diced potatoes, fill the pot with water until it covers everything.
Add salt, pepper and sliced sausage.
Cover with lid and cook on low heat. Don’t stir, only shake the pot.
When ready, add bacons and serve.
