Potato salad recipe: Preparing the Potato salad is simple! First, cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 25-30 minutes. When cooled down, peel them and slice into small pieces.
Dice or chop onions, then braise them until tender. When ready, add to vegetable broth and bring to a boil, then add spices.
After boiling it, add white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and two tablespoons of mustard. Cook again while continuously stirring.
Combine with the potatoes while still hot, put in a broad bowl. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. Sprinkle with parsley to taste.
