Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the whites until thick.
Beat the yolks with sugar until foamy.
Add flour and two tablespoons of the whipped whites.
Carefully add the rest of the whipped whites.
Spread the mixture in a buttered, floured pan, bake on 360 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Prepare the syrup. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add raspberry syrup, rum flavoring and punch flavoring.
Cut the dough into three equally sized pieces, grease the bottom layer with apricot jam.
Grease the middle layer with raspberry syrup.
Grease it with apricot jam as well and place the final layer.
Combine raspberry syrup, sugar, lemon juice and bring to a boil for the glaze.
Add powdered sugar.
Spread the glaze on top of the dough and let it stiffen.
