Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, slice the cabbage, remove the outermost leaves and shred into little pieces. Salt thorough, wait 15-20 minutes and press the juice out of it.
Heat the oil in a larger pan, add sugar and caramelize.
Add the pressed cabbages, toast until brown. Stir continuously.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water and combine with toasted cabbages. Season with pepper.
Serve with pepper or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
