First let’s make the dough. Put the flour in a bowl and add the yeast, salt, olive oil and water. Once it’s done leave it for an hour.
Spread it thin and cut it into four pieces.
Spread some tomato sauce or sour cream in the middle.
Add the vegetables and cheese.
Fold it up and put it on a baking tray. Pinch the sides to avoid leaking.
Spread an egg on top to make it golden brown.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 35-40 minutes.
