Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, risen the yeast in milk and sugar.
Combine flour with yeast, eggs, melted cheese and a pinch of salt.
Let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
Flatten the dough.
Cut into equally sized squares.
Spread oven proof jam in the middle.
Fold the sides.
Roll the dough.
Place the dumplings in a buttered pan and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Brush the top with egg.
Bake on 360 degrees F for 25 minutes.
