Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, braise onions until tender.
Add chopped sausage and minced meat.
Add salt and pepper, toast for another 5 minutes.
Dust with flour, add sour cream. Leave on heat for another 2 minutes and let it cool down.
Dice the pastry on a slightly floured surface.
Fill the middle with minced meat filling.
Brush the sides with a wet finger, the corners with eggs and fold the dough. Place them in a pan lined with parchment, brush the pockets with eggs.
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F and cook for 15-20 minutes.
