Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, tenderize the pork legs and bathe in flour.
Toast both sides in oil until tender. Put them away for now.
Toast mushrooms in oil, put them away for now.
Cut the bacon into stripes and toast until the bacon starts to render.
Braise onions in the fat.
Add pepper, tomatoes and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder.
Add water and bring to a boil. Leave it there for 3-4 minutes.
Put in the pork legs and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Take them out.
Add 2 tablespoons of sauce to sour cream and stir gently.
Put the mushrooms, bacon and meat back in the sauce.
