Line the bottom of your baking pan with your butter biscuits.

Mix half of the sour cream together with the vanilla sugar.

Spread the sour cream over the top of the biscuits. Then line the top of the sour cream with a new layer of biscuits.

Combine the other half of the sour cream with strawberry jam.

Add the last layer of biscuits on top of the layer of strawberry jam sour cream mixture.

Create red cake jelly for the top of the cake. Use two packets of red cake gelatin and 300 ml of water to make it, then pour it on top of the cake. Let it rest overnight.

-Then it will be ready to cut up and serve!
