Heat the onion on some oil, add salt then add the diced mushrooms, butter and parsley.
Mix the flour with the paprika powder and roll the chickens in it.
Fry it in a pan on some oil until it’s golden brown.
Pour the mushroom stew in a tray, put the chicken on top then put mozzarella slices and tomatoes on top of it. Cover it all in grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) under foil.
