Preparing the Curd cheese turnover is simple. First, risen the yeast in warm milk and sugar.
Combine the two different flours with salt.
Add risen yeast and egg.
Add melted butter/margarine.
Let it rise in a warm place for an hour
Prepare the filling. Combine curd, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.
Add sour cream and egg.
Add raisins too.
Flatten and dice the risen dough. Place a tablespoon of filling in the middle of every cube.
Grab all four sides of the cube and turn them.
Place them in a pan lined with parchment paper.
Mix milk with egg yolks and brush the top of the turnovers.
Bake for 20 minutes on 360 degrees F.
Dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
