Whip up the egg with the sugar until it’s frothy. Pour the milk into it and mix well!
Add the dry ingredients to the base mixture and stir thoroughly.
Let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
After resting the dough, divide it into 3 equal parts for 3 layers of cake. Bake each one in your baking pan for 15 minutes at 355°F.
Move onto the cream. Mix the flour into the milk to thicken it, while warming it on low heat. After it has cooled down, blend in the butter and the powdered sugar.
It’s time to layer the cake. Spread cream between each layer of cake. Then let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
Slice up your cake and sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving!
