First of all, coat 3 of the wafers in melted white chocolate.
Stick each one together with a plain wafer. You should have 3 wafers by the end, put them aside.
To make the hazelnut layer, combine the milk chocolate, hazelnut spread and dark chocolate in a bowl. Heat the bowl and allow the ingredients to melt together. Make sure this mixture is dense. Stir in the chopped hazelnuts.
To make the milky layer, first mix together the butter, the powdered sugar, the powdered milk and milk.
Add the white chocolate, stir until it’s frothy, but not too dense.
Place one of the wafers in the foiled tin.
Pour the hazelnut mixture over it and spread evenly.
Place the next wafer over the hazelnut mixture. Pour the milky mixture over this, spread this evenly as well.
Finally place the last wafer layer on the milky mixture. Melt the milk chocolate, and pour it on top of the wafer. Put the Knoppers in the fridge for a few hours.
Once it has set, take it out of the foiled tin, and enjoy!
