Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, combine flour with yeast and cacao powder.
Whip the eggs with sugar.
Combine with water and oil.
Add flour mix.
Spread the mixture in a paned lined with parchment, bake for 30 minutes on 360 degrees F.
-Prepare the lattice dough.
Combine curd with vanilla sugar, vanilla custard powder, powdered sugar and egg yolk.
Carefully add whipped egg whites.
Pour the curd cream in a pastry bag.
Criss-cross the top of the cacao dollop.
Bake for 30 minutes on 360 degrees F.
Heat the milk with custard powder, yeast and sugar for the chocolate cream. Let it cool down!
Cream butter with powdered sugar.
Add the cooled down custard.
Spread the cream with half of the dough.
Place the sliced bananas.
Spread the rest of the cream.
Place the criss-crossed dollop on top.
