Gather all your ingredients.
Start with dicing the feta, add the roughly chopped basil and the pressed (or finely chopped) garlic. Mix it well.
Using a sharp knife make an opening midway between the top and bottom of the meat. Move your knife back and forth in the opening to form a pocket.
Tip: Work carefully. Make sure not to cut all the way through or your filling will leak.
Fill the pocket with the cheese mixture.
Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon and using toothpicks secure it.
Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 45 mins.
Don’t forget to remove all the toothpicks before serving.
