Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Braise the chopped onions in oil.
Add diced meat and cook until tender.
Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and stir thorough.
Add sliced peppers, tomatoes and garlic cloves.
Cook until tender with lid on.
Toast rice in a little oil, add twice as much water, bring to a boil. When ready, cover with a dishcloth.
When the stew and rice are both ready, combine and let the flavors mix for a couple minutes.
