Veggie-Burger recipe: Preparing Veggie-Burger is easy! Put the sliced mushroom into a baking pan and spray it with oil. Put the bean and the grated carrot in another pan. Bake them for 30 minutes at 350°F in a preheated oven.
Put the cashews in a blender, blend them thoroughly, then add baked mushrooms.
Add beans and carrots, as well.
Then, add panko breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg, mayonnaise, and spices.
Finally, add cooked brown rice and chopped spring onion, and blend them thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan, create burger forms from the mixture and cook them.
Put salad in the Hamburger buns. On top of it, place the veggie burger and tomato, then finish it with grated cheese.
