Gather your ingredients.
To marinate the meat season to taste, spread it with mustard on both sides, drizzle with a generous amount of oil and let it rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Peel the onions, cut into thicker slices and coat it in flour.
Deep fry the onions until golden.
Using the same oil used to fry the onions shallow fry the meat for 4 minutes on each side.
