Wash the zucchini, cut it in half and grate it.
Put some salt on it and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Dry the zucchini and add an egg, some grated cheese, pepper, garlic and breadcrumbs. Mix it thorough.
Use your hands to roll the balls.
Coat the balls in the flour first, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the balls in a pan with oil.
