Kinder Maxi King recipe: Preparing Kinder Maxi King is easy! First, cover a larger bowl with aluminum foil, then smear it with melted chocolate. Before the chocolate cover dries, fill the bottom and the sides of the bowl with waffles. When you’re done, put the bowl into the fridge and wait until the chocolate becomes solid.

Use a hand whisk and whip the heavy cream with the cream stabilizer and the vanilla sugar.

Mix the mascarpone, the powdered sugar, and the powdered milk in an other bowl. Add it to the whipped cream and mix them together. When you’re done, put it in the fridge.

Add toffee to 3 tablespoons of heavy cream and melt it. Don’t forget to stir it continuously! Add butter to the cream and stir, while it’s melted. Remove the cream from the heat and stir it a few more times, while cooling.

Pour the whipped cream mix on the waffles, but make sure you leave the middle part free. Here, pour the melted toffee cream.

Cover the toffee cream with the rest of the mixed cream.

Place the rest of the waffles on the cream to cover it fully, then pour melted chocolate on the top. Make sure that the chocolate reaches the sides. Put the cake into the fridge and wait until the chocolate cools.

When the chocolate solidifies, turn the bowl upside down and remove it from the cake. Don’t forget to remove the foil, as well!

Cover the top and the sides with a very thin layer of melted chocolate so that the small hazelnut parts can stick in it. And it’s ready to serve!
