Start off by making the base. Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, xilit, vanilla aroma, baking soda and the coconut milk.
After combining everything well, add the psyllium husk as well. Stir it in, then leave the base to rest for a little for the psyllium husk to suck in the moisture. The end result should be a dense mixture.
Spread the base on the bottom of a cake pan which is lined with baking paper. Make sure it is evenly spread.
For the coconut cream, mix all of the ingredients together, except for the psyllium husk.
After everything is well combined, add the psyllium husk. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Spread the cream onto the base of your cake, making sure it is spread evenly. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
After taking it out of the fridge melt together the milk chocolate, coconut cream and coconut oil. Pour it on top of the cake and let it solidify. Then you’re ready to cut it up and serve it!
